We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, institution, email address and phone number when you request a demo or contact us, along with technical information such as device and usage data collected through cookies and analytics.
How we use information
We use personal information to respond to enquiries, provide and improve our services, send relevant communications you have opted in to, and meet legal obligations.
Institutional data
When institutions use CareerBook ERP™, they remain the data controller for student, parent and staff data. We process that data only on documented instructions under a Data Processing Agreement.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with sub-processors who help us deliver our services, under contractual confidentiality and security obligations, or where required by law.
Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, including under India's DPDP Act, Saudi PDPL, UAE PDPL and GDPR, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict processing of your personal information. Contact us to exercise these rights.
